We have a small knife shop and a small leather shop in Toutle, Washington. On the knives, we make them 100%. On the leather we make our sheaths also 100%.

If you have a special sheath you would like made, please call or email for instructions of what we need to make your sheath. If you have a favorite knife with an old sheath, the best and simplest thing to do is send your old sheath, and we can cut it apart for a pattern and make the new one.

The easiest way to give us a pattern for your knife is to lay the knife on a piece of paper and trace around the complete knife. Also you need to lay the knife on its'back or spine and trace the handle, so we know the thickness of the handle. We like to make it so the knife goes into the sheath and about half of the handle is extending out of the sheath. This usually is just right to hold the knife in place securely. It's a little more difficult with a foldover sheath (as far as getting a good secure fit) than a sheath that has been sewed on both sides.  If you do want a fold over sheath, we will do our best, and if it's not right, please feel free to send it back for a refund or another sheath.
